During this period, we have funded a range of commercial and residential speculative development transactions across the UK in joint venture with UK Plc/AIM listed companies along with well-regarded residential and commercial property companies. We also acquire and asset manage a portfolio of income generating assets on behalf of this investor family along with other groups from the Middle East.
